Validation, Qualification & Documentation
Nass Tech team provides all the validation and qualification tests needed to ensure the compliance of the international standards. Also, full documentation is provided with each system including machinery, generation systems, pipelines loops and networks for mechanical and electrical components, software, materials, instrumentations, welding..etc. To ensure high performance and quality of the materials, FAT and SAT tests are done by our experts including DQ, IQ, and OQ packages.
Automatic Orbital Welding
Automatic orbital welding machine is a specialized machine with microprocessor that in charge of settings of the used parameters to clamp and weld the needed tube or pipe by rotating the welding arc around the product, these settings are memorized in the processor which make the process highly repeatable. Automatic orbital welding is highly accurate and precise as there is no place for human error. Nass Tech provides the orbital welding machine with team of certified welders.
Pickling, Passivation & De-rouging
Pickling and passivation are removing the free iron from the surface of the metal using an acid solution to prevent rust and formation of a passive film on the stainless-steel.
De-rouging is Rouging removal where rouging is a form of iron contamination and often occurs in high-purity and hot water systems.
Nass Tech experts provide these processes for saving the stainless-steel surfaces from contamination.
Roughness Test for Stainless Steel Surfaces
According to ASME BPE standard, stainless-steel surfaces must be within a certain range of roughness to prevent high friction and contamination. There are two types which are mechanical and electrical polished stainless-steel. Nass Tech owns the suitable tools and instruments to assist in roughness test for stainless steel surfaces to ensure the quality of treatment.
Bore Scoping for Welding Joints
Nass Tech owns the advanced tools, equipment, and experienced team for visual inspection of the orbital welds by 20% and 100% of the manual welds by using our advanced technologies to ensure that the quality of the welding is fit to the welding acceptance criteria referred to ASME standards.
